摘要

对某供电局220kV一变电站的真空断路器的故障情况进行了介绍。分析了两套保护装置的录波图

对受损坏的真空断路器进行了解体检查

校核了断路器的额定开断电流

详细分析了产生故障的原因

并从中得到了某些启示:投切电容器组的真空断路器必须进行电压和电流老炼试验

严格进行真空断路器的机械特性测试

注意高压开关柜的选型。提出了需要进一步加强的检查措施

为后续220kV开关设备提供了质量保证。

Abstract

This paper introduced the accident of a circuit breaker in 220 kV substation and analyzed the fault recording of two set of protective devices.Disassembly inspection of injured circuit breaker was performed;the breaking current of circuit breaker was checked;the causes of the accident were analyzed in detail.Some revelations are obtained:aging test of voltage and current and strict mechanical property test are necessary;paying attention to option of high voltage switch cabinet.Some measures for strict inspection of the 220 kV circuit breaker are suggested so as to enhance their safety.
