摘要

真空开关是在低压及中压领域应用广泛的电力开断器件

真空度是决定真空开关开断性能的主要因素之一。为实现真空开关真空度的在线测量

笔者介绍了基于磁控放电法的真空开关真空度测试仪的研制方法

分析了磁控放电法的基本原理

利用开关电源技术设计并研制了高压电场电源和励磁系统

实现了离子电流的测量及控制电路设计等

同时为了实现户外的便携式操作

完成了锂离子电池电源的研制。利用研制的测量仪对一款12kV的真空开关进行测试

获得了离子电流-真空度曲线。

Abstract

To realize on-line measurement of vacuum degree for vacuum interrupters

an instrument based on magnetron discharge was developed.By analyzing the basic working principle of magnetron discharge

a high-voltage power supply and an excitation source were designed on the basis of the switching power supply technology.The measurement of ionic current and the design of control circuit were implemented.Moreover

a power supply of lithium battery was developed for portable purpose of the instrument.Some experiments were conducted on a 12 kV vacuum interrupter

and the ionic current versus vacuum degree curves were obtained.
