摘要

真空触发开关（triggered vacuum switch

TVS）是大功率脉冲技术领域的重要开关器件之一

它的导通依赖于其触发极的触发过程。场击穿型TVS的触发根源在于场致发射

所以对触发源提出了特殊要求。为此

笔者研究了正负两种应用于场击穿型TVS的触发源

并且对触发源极性的影响作了讨论。结果表明

设计的触发源应用于场击穿型TVS触发成功率高

且具有较小的触发系统时延和较高触发精度。主电极相同极性下

触发源的极性对触发过程的影响并不大。

Abstract

Triggered vacuum switch（TVS） is one of the important switch apparatuses in the pulsed power technology.Its switching-on is due to the trigger process of trigger pin

and the trigger of field-breakdown TVS is due to the field emission.So the special design for trigger source is needed.In this paper

two kinds of trigger sources were proposed for the field-breakdown TVS

and the influence of trigger pulse polarities was discussed.Results show that

the field-breakdown TVS can be switched-on successfully with a high trigger rate.It also has a short trigger system delay and high trigger accuracy.Under the same polarity of main electrodes

the influence of trigger pulse polarity to the TVS trigger process is little.
