摘要

为了研究出适应智能变电站信息化、自动化、互动化需求的GIS（gas insulted switchgear）

笔者以智能电网相关技术导则、规约为理论支撑

以微电子技术、电力电子技术、传感器技术、计算机控制技术以及网络通讯技术为核心

研制出集在线监测、控制和保护等方面完全自动化和智能化为一体的GIS。从结构、功能、需求和实施等方面重点研究了智能GIS的电子式电流互感器、状态检测和继电保护。通过对IEC61850的分析

讨论标准化接口的结构和模型

归纳了标准化的接口设计方法。在考虑智能化设备的研制情况和可靠性、经济性的基础上

提出了智能化一次设备目前存在的问题和发展方向

以促进智能GIS研究领域的进一步发展。

Abstract

In this paper

GIS（gas insulted switchgear）adapted to the intelligent substation’s information

automation

interactive was analyzed and studied.According to smart grid relevant technical guidelines and rules as theoretical support

with microelectronics technology

power electronic technology

sensor technology

computer control technology and network communication technology as the core

and GIS’s function of on-line monitoring

controlling and protection fully automated and intelligent was realized.Electronic current transformer

state detection and relay protection of intelligent GIS were detailed and researched including structure

function

requirements and implementation.Analyzed IEC 61850

the standardization of the structure and interface model was discussed

and the standardization of interface design method was summarized.Finally

based on consideration of smart equipment development

reliability and efficiency

existing problems and the main development trends of the intelligent device were pointed out to provide important reference value and motivate further development.
