摘要

笔者从一起人身触电事故切入

以期引起读者对10kV金属封闭式电压互感器—避雷器柜运行安全的重视和思考;在简要阐述电压互感器、避雷器的配置原则、原理接线、常规布置方式以及说明电网实际运行情况的基础上

结合10kV金属封闭开关柜内部结构的特殊性

提出了接线方案和结构型式的概念

对国家电网公司典型设计中给出的10kV电压互感器柜的4种接线方案进行了分析优化

对目前常见的KYN28-12型柜体结构型式作了利弊对比分析

最后

为保证人身和设备安全

从设计、制造、安装、运行等方面提出了若干建议。

Abstract

Considering an electric shock accident

the purpose of this paper is to draw public attention to the safe operation of the 10 kV metal-enclosed voltage transformer/lightning arrester cabinets.The allocation principles

wire connection

and conventional arrangements of voltage transformer/lightning arrester cabinets are introduced.Based on the operation data of the power network in reality

a conception regarding the wire connection scheme and structure type of the 10 kV metal-enclosed voltage transformer/lightning arrester cabinets is proposed taking the internal structure of the 10 kV metal-enclosed switchgear into account.Four wire connection schemes of the 10 kV metal-enclosed voltage transformer cabinets provided by the State Grid are compared

and the advantages and disadvantages of the structure of the KYN28-12 type 10 kV voltage transformer cabinet are analyzed.In addition

some suggestions about design

manufacture

installation

and operation of the 10 kV metal-enclosed voltage transformer cabinets are offered with regard to person and device safety.
