摘要

合闸是光伏并网逆变器由待机向并网发电过渡的重要阶段。笔者提出一种光伏并网逆变器的合闸方法。首先分析并网逆变器合闸时变压器上产生的浪涌电流

给出限制浪涌电流的限流电阻计算方法;其次分析直流电压对并网逆变器工作的影响

给出直流电压高低限值的计算方法;再次给出电网频率和电网电压的检测方法;最后分析并网逆变器合闸的时序

确定并网逆变器的合闸方法。在1台单相光伏并网逆变器上实现该合闸方法

实验结果验证了该合闸方法的可行性。

Abstract

Closing was an important transient stage between standby and grid power conditioning of the grid-connected inverter.A closing method of grid-connected inverter was proposed in this paper.Firstly the inrush current of the transformer during the grid-connected inverter being closed was analyzed and a calculation algorithm of the inrush limiting resistor was proposed for limiting the inrush current.Secondly the influence of DC voltage on the grid-connected inverter was analyzed and a calculation method of the upper and lower limit of the DC voltage was put forward.Thirdly a detection method for detecting the grid frequency and grid voltage was offered.Finally the closing time sequence of the grid-connected inverter was analyzed and a closing method was established.The closing method was realized in a single phase PV grid-connected inverter and the feasibility of such closing method was verified by the experimental results.
