摘要

针对阳城国际发电有限责任公司220 kV升压站内隔离开关运行中出现分合不到位、机构卡涩、零部件锈蚀、操作机构不灵活等现象

结合GW10-220型隔离开关的结构

并根据实际情况实施了触指盘结构改为软连接结构、连轴节斜面长度增加、更换铜质滚轮、伞形齿轮箱整改、机构箱升级等一系列完善化改造。实际应用表明

改造后刀闸故障率明显下降

可靠性得到提高。

Abstract

To solve such problems about the isolating switch in the 220 kV transformer station of Yangcheng International Power Co.

Ltd.as insufficient open/close actions

mechanism jamming

components rusting

and inflexible operating mechanism

etc.

comprehensive improvement of the 220 kV GW10-220 type isolating switch is conducted according to the practical conditions and its structure.The finger-contact disk structure is changed into soft connection structure

the length of coupling inclined plane is extended

the copper roller is renewed

the bevel gear box is reformed and rectified

the mechanism box is upgraded

and so on.The practical application indicates that the reliability of the improved isolating switch is enhanced

and its failure rate drops obviously.
