摘要

绝缘结构的设计是高压电气设计的核心问题之一

绝缘结构能否满足设计要求

对产品的安全运行至关重要。笔者设计了3种不同的145kV隔离开关断口的屏蔽罩:倒圆型、连续倒圆型和椭圆型

应用电场数值有限元法对屏蔽罩附近的电场进行了计算

分析了其电场分布特性。研究指出

采用椭圆型或连续倒圆型屏蔽罩的绝缘特性要优于常规的倒圆型屏蔽罩

其中以椭圆型屏蔽罩的绝缘特性最优。

Abstract

Three types of isolator shield of a 145 kV disconnector are designed

which are rounding type

continuous rounding type and ellipse type.The numerical finite element method（FEM） for electric field is adopted to calculate the electric field around the shields

and the electric field distributions are analyzed.It is found that insulation property of the continuous rounding type or ellipse type is better than that of the rounding type

and the ellipse type is the best in insulation property.
