Finite Element Analysis and Optimization for the Assembly Structure of the Self-elastic Contacts
In accordance with the service conditions of high voltage disconnector self-elastic contacts
a parameterization model of the assembly structure of the self-elastic contacts was established using the software Solidworks
and the optimal design of the structural parameters was performed on the integrated development platform-ANSYS Workbench. The relationships between input parameters and output parameters were analyzed. The results show that positive correlations exist between design variables and response variables
and contact diameter exhibits more significant influence on deformation and stress of the self-elastic contacts than contact displacement. After multi-objective optimization
the optimal parameters of the assembly structure of the self-elastic contacts are that contact diameter D=63.39 mm
and contact displacement S=15.48 mm.Analysis and optimization results may provide a theoretical basis for self-elastic contacts design.
