摘要

介绍了一种由PLC、工控机、步进电机以及光纤通信系统组成的冲击绝缘耐受试验控制系统

并详细说明了该系统的设计方案。该系统以PLC为核心控制单元

实现了试验次数和试验电压值的任意设置;采用光纤通信系统传输控制信号和电压监测值

减弱了空间电磁场对控制信号的干扰;同时采用OPC通信方式

实现了工控机与PLC之间的数据传送。实践证明

该系统结构简单、操作方便、可靠性高、测量精度高

满足工程实际应用的需要。

Abstract

One kind of control system of impulse voltage generator

composed of PLC

IPC

stepping motor and the optical fiber communication system

have been illustrated in detail.The system used PLC as the core control unit

realizing the random settings of the test times and test voltage value and used the optical fiber communication system to transmit control signal and voltage monitoring signals and weaken the interference of the electromagnetic field on the control signal.At the same time

the system used OPC communication mode between IPC and PLC to achieve data transmission.Practice has proven that the structure of control system is simple

convenient

high reliable and accurate

and can meet the needs of the engineering application.
