摘要

污秽闪络问题长久以来一直威胁着输电线路的安全稳定运行。中国的地理环境复杂多样

临海输电线路由于所处的环境特殊

更加容易达到发生污闪事故的条件

有些输电线路甚至在清扫之后较短的时间内就发生了污秽放电事故。笔者以2007年12月中旬发生于广东省揭阳市220 kV靖华甲乙线和靖两甲乙线的染污放电事件为研究对象

调研了发生染污放电事件地点周围的地理位置和污染源状况

通过盐密测量、离子谱分析、扫描电镜分析、热重分析等手段对绝缘子表面污秽特征进行了分析研究

详细评价了临海污秽各项因素对染污放电事件的影响

为提出抑制污秽放电的措施提供了理论支持。

Abstract

Contamination flashover problem has threatened the security and stability of transmission lines for a long time.The coastal environment

as a special one of our complex and diverse geographical environment

is much easier to achieve the transmission line flashover accident conditions.Some transmission lines also have this hidden trouble even after a short period of cleaning contamination on the surface of insulators.In order to study the insulator surface contamination status

to give a comprehensive evaluation of the pollution discharge factors

and to achieve the purpose of preventing pollution flashover

the pollution discharge of Jinghua and Jingliang 220 kV transmission lines in Jieyang Guangdong Province has been studied

the accident site in the area of environmental conditions has been examined

ESDD of contamination and ion analysis of the salt has been measured as well as SEM and TGA of contamination has been carried on.
