摘要

在实际应用中

电压互感器二次回路中性点除规程要求的在控制室一点接地外

常另在开关场经氧化锌阀片接地。笔者就一起阀片击穿形成CVT二次侧两点接地造成的保护不正确动作事故出发

经波形分析得出氧化锌阀片被击穿

造成两点接地

保护装置将接受到不正确的电压量

从而导致保护的误动或拒动的结论

并提出了消除该项隐患的建议。

Abstract

It is specified in the regulations that the secondary circuit in PT can have one point grounded.Besides that earthing by zinc oxide varistor in switch yard is often applied in practice.In this paper

based on the analysis on the protection mis-operation induced by the broken down of zinc oxide vaistor in the secondary circuit of CVT

it is found in terms of wave ananlysis that when the zinc oxide varistor is broken down

two points will be grounded

and the protections will receive wrong voltage value

which will lead to protection mis-operation or protection refusal-operation.Finally

the suggestions for eliminating the corresponding potential dangers are provided.
