摘要

为提高110kV GIS（gas insulated switchgear）用特殊参数（变比小、负荷大、产品高度较高）保护级（5P级）CT环氧浇注时的生产合格率及可靠的电器性能

笔者通过对某批110kV GIS用具有特殊参数的环氧浇注式5P级CT存在的外观质量及电器性能分析

提出了该类产品在尺寸配合、选择合理的模具结构形式、铁心采用分体加工及半成品采用合理的试验顺序等方面的解决方案。结果表明

所提的解决方案及注意事项能有效地改善此类产品外观质量

并提高产品的合格率及保护其性能。

Abstract

To improve the reliability of electrical performance and the quality of the protection-level（5P class） epoxy resin cast current transformer（CT） with special parameters

such as small transformation ratio

large load and height

for 110 kV GIS

the appearance quality and electrical performance of a batch of the protection-level epoxy cast CTs are analyzed.And corresponding solutions are suggested

including perfect dimensional coordination

reasonable selection of die structure

split-process of core

and reasonable test sequence.Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the suggested solutions.
