Anti-seismic Analysis of 72.5kV Gas Insulated Switchgear
A finite element model of some type of 72.5 kV gas insulated switchgear is built
and anti-seismic analysis for the model is conducted with the response spectrum method according to the national standard GB/T 13540—2009.Calculation results for the case of normal load and the case with both normal and earthquake loads show that this gas insulated switchgear meets the anti-seismic performance requirement for level 9 of earthquake intensity. The proposed analysis method and procedure can also be applied to anti-seismic performance of other high-voltage equipments.
