To establish a capacitor burst resistance testing system

a test circuit was firstly constructed based on the injected energy calculation theory.Real-time data collection was acquired through appropriate measuring equipment and the optoelectronic isolation method.Then an optimum energy calculation method was obtained from a variety of energy calculation methods corresponding to different test current waveforms.The test process was simulated through the software EWB.The potential waveforms from simulation coincide with the ones from the test circuit

indicating the proposed energy calculation method is feasible.The establishment of the capacitor burst-resistance testing system suggests that the key technology of capacitor burst-resistance energy test is achieved

and the test system can be used in practical engineering application.
