摘要

基于电力系统可靠性和经济要求

电力设备维修决策方法的提升十分必要。笔者以可靠性维修（RCM）技术为基础

开发了适用于状态检修环境下的高压开关设备维修决策支持平台。该平台集基础数据管理、数据在线可靠性分析、设备寿命老化预警、维修日程优化决策和维修进度跟踪管理于一体

可有效提高维修决策的科学性和决策效率。文中以实际案例展示了维修决策的过程和方法。

Abstract

Required by the reliability and economy of the power system

the development of integrated automatic power equipment maintenance decision-making management system has become an inevitable trend.Based on the improved RCM technology

the authors developed a new maintenance decision system for switch equipments.This system is made up of basic data management

online analysis of reliability data

warning of equipment aging

optimization of maintenance schedule

and tracking of maintenance progress

thereby it can improve the maintenance decision scientifically and efficiently.An actual case demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed system in decision-making of maintenance schedule.
