摘要

隔离开关操作力矩的分析与计算对产品零部件的结构强度设计以及操作机构的匹配有很大的关系。笔者通过对GW4型隔离开关产品的传动模型进行简化和等效力矩计算

得到了影响GW4型隔离开关操作力矩的关键因素

即与触头触指的接触压力、接触轮廓和传动连杆的位置有关

分析和计算的结果对于降低GW4型隔离开关产品的操作力矩具有重要的启示意义。

Abstract

Analysis and calculation of the operating torque of a disconnector are essential for the structural strength design of the components and the match in operating mechanism. In this paper

the transmission model of GW4 disconnector is simplified

and the equivalent moment is calculated

hence the key factors influencing the operating torque of GW4 disconnector are obtained

including the contact pressure

the contact contour

and the position of driving bar linkage. The analysis and calculation results may facilitate the reduction of operating torque of GW4 disconnector.
