摘要

阐述了超高压GIS设备在出厂检验时需要作雷电冲击试验

能有效检查制造、装配工艺等环节出现的问题。简述了一台500 kV HGIS在进行雷电冲击试验（出厂试验）时击穿的现象

查找故障的方法

确定故障气室后

通过内窥镜发现放电点在套管上

将故障套管拆除后

更换上雷电冲击试验通过的套管后

雷电冲击试验通过。对故障套管解体后

在导电杆和屏蔽罩上发现了明显放电点

装配车间清洁度不够

致使装配质量具有分散性

导致雷电冲击试验击穿

并提出了防范措施。

Abstract

Breakdown of a 500 kV hybrid gas insulated switchgear（HGIS） equipment happened in lightning impulse test during delivery inspection. To understand the cause of the fault

the chamber where the fault took place was determined

and an endoscope was adopted to find the discharge point on the bushing.After replacing the failed bushing by a new one

which has passed lightning impulse test

the 500 kV HGIS equipment finally passed the test. Disassembly inspection of the failed bushing shows that there are obvious discharge points on the conducting rod and shield cover

indicating the assembly shop is not clean enough. Corresponding preventions are put forward.
