Novel Power Supply for High-voltage On-line Monitoring
A novel power supply scheme for high-voltage monitoring is proposed. Ferrite core coils are taken as the sending and receiving ends of electrical energy
an insulating magnetic material is used to provide a transmission path for high frequency magnetic field
thus power supply from low voltage side to high voltage side is realized via high-frequency power supply. Simulation of the magnetic circuit in the scheme is conducted by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS
and the results support the feasibility of the scheme. Moreover
an optimization strategy is proposed based on the model of non-contact power transfer technology for the scheme
and experiment verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the optimization strategy. The proposed power supply scheme is different from the existing method in which power is obtained from high voltage side thus may suffer unfavorable impact of high voltage transmission line
and it is economical compared with the laser energy supply method in which power is obtained from low voltage side. This study may provide a way to development of new power supply for high-voltage monitoring.
