摘要

SF6气体由于具有优越的绝缘性和稳定性

而被广泛地应用于高压电器设备中。文中所研制的SF6气体净化处理系统

组合使用了变压吸附、空气分离、机械制冷式深冷分离等多种净化处理方式

满足了处理后SF6气体符合GB/T 1202《工业六氟化硫》的技术指标要求

而且可使处理后SF6气体的质量分数达到99.98%以上

实现了SF6气体的循环再利用。

Abstract

SF6gas has been widely used in high-voltage electrical equipment because of its superior insulation performance and stability.In this study

an SF6gas purifying system was developed by combining such technologies as pressure swing adsorption

air separation

and cryogenic separation with mechanical refrigeration mode.The purified SF6gas meets the requirements in the national standard GB/T1202 Industrial SF6Gas with a mass fraction of SF6over 99.98%

thus it can be cyclically utilized.
