摘要

变电站程序化操作作为一种全新的倒闸操作模式

可以大大提高倒闸操作效率和快速复电时间。笔者立足12 kV中置柜的程序化操作

对程序化操作的原理及特点进行了分析介绍。从广东电网的实际应用出发

结合程序化操作的构成、实现原理、特点及在广东电网中的应用现状

分析研究了程序化操作在现代智能化变电站中的作用。对程序化操作存在的问题根据现场运行实际制定了可行的改善技术措施

例如增加电机和改变底盘

使程序化操作在智能变电站的普及应用成为可能。

Abstract

Programmed operation is a new kind of switching operation mode in substation

which can greatly improve the efficiency of switching operation and reduce fast restoration time.This paper focuses on the programmed operation of 12 kV central withdrawlable metal-enclosed switchgear to analyze the principles and characteristics of the operation.In view of practical application to Guangdong Power Grid

this paper also analyzes the applications of the programmed operation in modern intelligent substations by considering the programmed operation’s procedure

realization principle and characteristics

and the current application status in Guangdong Power Grid.Some solutions to the problems existing in the programmed operation procedure are offered according to the practical situation

such as increasing motor and changing underpan

to promote the programmed operation procedure for modern intelligent substation.
