摘要

从分析永磁机构磁路的饱和度入手

以提高静态保持力降低工作能耗为目的

对单稳态永磁机构磁路进行调整。首先确定了永磁机构中永久磁铁的工作点

其后着重研究了衔铁面积与磁路饱和的关系

及其对机构合闸保持力、分合闸电流峰值、分合闸动作时间和刚分刚合速度等动静态性能的影响

最终确定动铁心最佳尺寸。实验证明调整尺寸对机构性能的改进效果显著。

Abstract

By analyzing the magnetic saturation of permanent magnetic actuator（PMA）

the magnetic circuit of the mono-stable PMA is adjusted in order to improve the static holding force and reduce the working energy consumption. Focused on the relationship between core area and magnetic saturation

the optimal size of core is selected to get the best static and dynamic characteristics of mechanism

including static holding force

peak working current and working time

switch-on and switch-off speed. The effect of improvement is tested by experiment and proves to be effective.
