摘要

综述了目前国内外高性能触发真空开关的研究进展;归纳了触发真空开关的结构研究情况

按触发形式的不同将其分为沿面击穿型和场击穿型

按结构形式不同可将其分为多棒极型、磁延滞型、带辅助阴极型、长间隙型、触发真空灭弧室、棒状电极和圆筒状电极型;分析了触发真空开关的击穿机理研究情况;总结了触发真空开关的触发特性和导通特性等性能研究情况。

Abstract

The current researches of high-performance triggered vacuum switches（TVS） in the world are reviewed. The researches on the structures of TVS are summed up

concerning the field-breakdown and surface breakdown types according to triggering modes; and concerning multi-electrode type

magnetically delayed type

type with auxiliary cathode

long-gap type

triggered vacuum interrupter type

club-shaped electrode type

and cylindraceous electrode type

according to the structures. The researches on breakdown mechanisms of TVS are analyzed

and the researches on triggering and conducting characteristics of TVS are summarized.
