the match between the mechanism’s output characteristics and the load characteristics is a critical influencing factor on the contact welding of the vacuum interrupter during closing operation. The influencing factors on the output characteristics of spring operation mechanism of vacuum circuit breaker are analyzed. The output characteristics of vacuum circuit breaker are crucially affected by the track of cam contour and the angles between four-bar linkage of transmission mechanism. To achieve a good matching of mechanism output characteristics and load characteristics of circuit breaker by optimizing the track of cam contour and the angles between transmission mechanism’s four-bar linkage

the problem of the contact welding when circuit breaker making the short circuit current is solved.
