摘要

笔者针对紧凑型集合式并联电容器的特点

对YN接线的集合式电容器本体放电试验、温升试验、装置温升试验、放电线圈的误差试验、感应耐压试验和二次端子对地耐压试验等进行分析。通过对放电试验的分析

提出放电试验应该分相进行

不能三相并联进行的结论。通过对本体和装置温升试验的分析

提出了在目前条件下对电容器本体和装置进行温升试验的可行的试验方法。根据试验结果

得出放电线圈的误差试验应该在其安装在电容器内部后进行

对于集合式电容器的二次端子

应该再次进行对地耐受电压试验

放电线圈的其他试验可以用其安装前的试验来代替。

Abstract

According to the characteristics of the compact assembling shunt capacitor

a series of tests are analyzed

including the discharge test of assembling shunt capacitor body with YN connection

the temperature rise test

the device temperature rise test

the discharge coil error test

the induction withstand voltage test

and the withstand voltage test of capacitor’s secondary terminal to the ground. Conclusion is drawn from the analysis of the discharge test that the discharge test should be conducted on separate phase instead of on shunted three phases. Through the analyses on the temperature rise test of the assembling shunt capacitor body and the device

a feasible test method is proposed for the present test condition. According to the test results

it is suggested that the error test of discharge coil should be performed after the discharge coil is installed in the capacitor

and the ground withstand voltage test should be conducted once more for the assembling capacitor’s secondary terminals

while the rest tests for discharge coil are conducted before its installation.
