摘要

介绍了一起在500 kV输变电工程启动调试中发生的HGIS短路跳闸事故的过程。通过对故障录波图的分析、现场情况调查以及对故障设备的拆解检查

发现一起HGIS隔离开关由于机构中花键与有齿套管连接松脱致使合闸不到位

从而在解环操作过程中发生击穿放电导致了短路跳闸事故。通过试验对花键与有齿套管松脱的原因进行了分析研究。通过深入分析

提出了避免类似事故的技术措施。

Abstract

A short trip accident of HGIS in start debugging process of the 500 kV power transmission project is discussed. Through analysis of the oscillograph trace of the fault

field investigation

and disassembly check of the faulty equipment

the cause of the trip is determined that the loose connection of the spline and the sleeve led to incomplete closing of an HGIS isolating switch

thereby breakdown took place in the loop-untying operation to result in the trip accident. The reason for the loose connection of spline and sleeve is analyzed experimentally. In addition

some technical measures are suggested to avoid similar accident.
