Study on Influence Factor of Insulator Surface Pollution Layer Conductivity
The accident caused by insulator pollution flashover is a serious threat to the safe operation of power system. In the actual operation of the line
due to the surrounding environment pollution
the contamination layer on insulator surface gets wetting in natural fog and is easy to cause the pollution flashover accidents. SPLC is a very good characteristic quantity to measure pollution degree
so the study on influence factors of SPLC is of great significance. Based on the XP-70
XP-160 and LXY4-160 standard insulators as research object
by means of artificial pollution test
the SPLC under different SDD
contamination component and insulator type are measured. The results show that
with the increase of SDD
the SPLC is gradually increases; when the SDD is constant
with the decreasing of NaCl ratio the SPLC is decreasing; the shape of insulator has almost no effect on SPLC.
