摘要

硫化硅橡胶（RTV、RTV-II）涂料已广泛应用于中国污秽等级在c级以上区域的输电线路

笔者选取±500 kV输电线路挂网运行3年以上的RTV、RTV-II涂料绝缘子为试品

连续5年对RTV、RTV-II涂层表面的积污状况、憎水性、机电特性和电气性能等进行跟踪研究。结果表明

伴随运行时间的增加

RTV、RTV-II涂层出现了涂层粉化、起包、剥落、憎水性能下降、憎水迁移能力减弱和憎水性恢复时间拉长的老化现象。

Abstract

Vulcanized silicone rubber coatings（RTV and RTV-II）have been widely used on transmission lines in the areas with contamination above c degree in China. In this study

some insulators with RTV or RTV-II coating

which have already been in operation for more than three years in a ±500 kV DC transmission line

were selected for the five-year tracking investigation. The investigation items include the coatings’ surface contamination status

hydrophobicity

and mechanical and electrical performances. The results show that with service time extending the RTV and RTV-II coatings become pulverizing and spalling

their hydrophobicity degrades

and the recovery time of hydrophobicity increases. However

their electrical performance keeps almost stable.
