Abstract

The classification and functions of the metal bellows compensator for high voltage combined electric appliance are described

and the design and calculation of connection of the busbar tube with different types of metal bellows compensator are discussed. Some application examples of the metal bellows compensator to high voltage combined electric appliance are given. In addition

various failures of the busbar tube are analyzed to summarize precautions for the processes of design

manufacture

installation

and maintenance of the metal bellows compensator.
