摘要

针对高压直流盘形悬式瓷或玻璃绝缘子离子迁移问题

以直流绝缘子离子迁移试验标准为基础

对国内外直流绝缘子离子迁移的机理研究和开发的试验系统进行了分析和调研

设计了完整的直流绝缘子离子迁移试验系统和方案

并开发了一套基于MSP430单片机的直流绝缘子体电流采集处理系统

实现了50路体电流信号和1路电压信号的的循环测量和数据采集

体电流测量结果自动量程转换。整套系统满足直流绝缘子离子迁移试验标准要求

具有一定的工程实用性。

Abstract

Focusing on ion migration of HVDC disc suspension porcelain or glass insulator

the ion migration test standards of DC insulator are considered

and the existing ion migration mechanism researches and test systems in the world are analyzed. Consequently

an ion migration test system of DC disc suspension insulator with test method is designed

and a set of current acquisition and processing system for DC insulator volume current measurement is developed based on MSP430 MCU. The acquisition and processing system can realize loop measurement and data acquisition of 50 channels of volume current signals and one channel of voltage signal

and can convert the range of measurement results automatically.The whole system meets the standards of the DC insulator ion migration test.
