摘要

为了明确SF6气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备（以下简称GIS）外壳通流能力对母线法兰结构设计的要求

综合分析了影响外壳法兰设计的各种因素

着重分析了外壳法兰的密封结构和GIS设备外壳法兰的通流能力之间的关系。通过试验验证和计算分析

论证了合理的外壳法兰设计结构可以在满足壳密封性能的同时

利用法兰连接面保证GIS对通流性能的要求。

Abstract

In order to clarify SF6 gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear（GIS） housing flange flow capacity on the bus structure design. Comprehensive analysis of the various factors that affect housing flange design

analyzes the relationship between the housing flange sealing structure and GIS equipment housing flange between flow capacity. Through computational analysis and experimental verification

demonstrates the rational design of the structure housing flange sealing performance can meet the shell

while the use of GIS for flange surfaces ensure flow-through performance requirements.
