Wireless Temperature Measuring System Design for High Voltage Switchgear and Its Reliability Research
Overheating will affect seriously on the power supply stability of the temperature measuring system for high voltage switchgear
whilst electromagnetic disturbance inside the switchgear is the main factor affecting stability of the system. This paper develops a kind of wireless temperature measuring system for high voltage switchgear to improve the reliability of equipment operation. It analyzes the working principle of Zig Bee temperature measuring system and optimizes the hardware design of the temperature acquisition
the Zig Bee model and the data concentrator. It also obtains the procedures of temperature acquisition and communication and makes the relative software programs. Through finite element simulation the thermal field nearby the temperature collector is acquired. By means of thermal isolation structure design
temperature of the battery and the collector hardware module is reduced and the hidden danger of explosion caused by high temperature is eliminated. By modifying the workflow and increasing the handshake protocol
as well as adding discharge diode
the anti-interference performance of the system is improved. Finally
tests prove that the system can pass the strict electromagnetic compatibility test.
