摘要

文中通过对断路器传动回路的运动学进行计算分析

得到了弹簧操动机构输出与断路器灭弧室触头运动之间的非线性映射关系。解释了常规测试断路器机械特性的方法存在一定的误差的原因

并分析了传动机构制造和安装存在误差对灭弧室触头运动产生的影响

为断路器整个传动回路的优化设计及其操动机构中凸轮机构的优化设计奠定分析基础。

Abstract

Kinematical nonlinear mapping relations between the spring operating mechanism output and the circuit breaker interrupter contacts movement are studied in this paper

with analysis and calculating of kinematics in circuit breaker drive circuit. The results can give an explanation of why some of errors exist in conventional method to test the circuit breaker mechanical properties. And the kinematical impact of arcing chamber in driving mechanism exists manufacture and installation error is analyzed. It lays the foundation of analysis for optimization design of the entre circuit breaker drive circuit and its optimum design of cam in operation mechanism.
