摘要

聚合物材料表面电荷动态特性的研究对于材料介质的老化、击穿和闪络特性有重要意义。针对目前绝缘聚合物材料表面电荷特性的研究现状

文中首先讨论了表面电荷的产生途径和实验常用的几种测量方法

简要分析了不同测量方法的特点和应用方向。表面电荷动态特性以积聚和衰减为主

并且受电极结构、电压波形、环境气体及压强、表面处理以及加入添加剂等多种因素的影响。文中综述了目前国内外文献中不同因素对动态特性变化的影响结果。为了进一步理解表面电荷的变化本质

文中还分别论述了表面电荷积聚和衰减的机理研究

为改善材料的电绝缘性能提供理论基础。

Abstract

The dynamic behaviors of surface charge on polymer materials play are important for the materials’ aging

breakdown and flashover. This paper introduces the generation of surface charge and several common measurement methods

and discusses the features and applications of these methods. Accumulation and decay are the main dynamic behaviors of surface charge

which are influenced by a variety of factors

such as electrode structure

voltage waveform

surrounding gas and pressure

surface treatment state

and additives. Furthermore

this paper reviews the mechanism researches on the surface charge accumulation and decay to help people further understand the essence of the surface charge’s dynamic behaviors

and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the electrical insulation properties of the materials.
