摘要

高压断路器中常常采用不同的传动机构来连接灭弧室本体和操动机构

实现分闸、合闸与自动重合闸操作

同时传动机构又会对其动作特性产生影响。笔者从介绍某高压断路器传动机构的工作原理入手

并对断路器机械特性的测试结果进行分析

其次论述传动机构刚性差对断路器动作特性的影响

提出提高传动机构刚性的有效措施

最后通过提高传动机构刚性后的试验结果进行验证。

Abstract

Transmission mechanism is also used to connect interrupter and operating mechanism in high voltage circuit breaker

to do opening

closing

and automatic reclosing operation. Meanwhile

transmission mechanism may have effect on its operating characteristics. First

the working principle of a high voltage circuit breaker’s transmission mechanism is introduced. And the test results of circuit breaker’s mechanical characteristics are analyzed. Secondly

the influence of transmission mechanism’s low rigidity on circuit breaker’s operating characteristics is mainly discussed. The methods of improving transmission mechanism’s rigidity are proposed. At last

the conclusions are proved by the test results of improving transmission mechanism’s rigidity.
