Research on Bidirectional DC/DC Converter for PCS Based on Discontinuous Conducting Mode
High-power density and decreasing the turn-off loss in PCS is realized by a bidirectional DC/DC converter designed in discontinued conducting mode(DCM). The DCM associated voltage and current ripples can be alleviated by multiphase interleaved operation. To decrease the turn-off loss
soft-switching characteristics is achieved by analyzing to the controlled soft-switching technology without any additional semiconductor devices. Finally
the design formulas for the dead-time
the capacitance and the inductance
etc to realize soft-switching are deduced. The validation of theoretical analysis is verified by the experimental results.
