摘要

某地区对运行的GIS设备缺陷统计发现

漏气缺陷所占GIS缺陷比重达70%

而盆式绝缘子裂纹是引起漏气的主要原因。多次设备解体分析得出

注胶工艺不合格引起螺栓孔进水

冬天冻裂了盆式绝缘子。通过实例分析了该类型盆式绝缘子的密封原理和漏气原因

采取了综合处理措施

并对该类型盆式绝缘子提出改进密封方案、提高法兰面加工工艺和注胶质量等合理化建议。

Abstract

The fault statistics of the gas insulated metal encloser switchgears（GIS） in an area reveal that gas leakage faults account for 70%

and crack of disc insulator is the primary cause. Disassembly inspections indicate that unqualified glue-filling process lets water flow into the bolt holes and freeze in winter

leading to the crack. In this paper

the sealing principle and the cause of gas leakage of the disc insulator are analyzed through examples. Countermeasures against the gas leakage of the disc insulator are suggested for improving sealing scheme

machining quality of flange surface

and glue-filling quality.
