摘要

南方电网的西电东送主干网架已经形成了"八交八直"的复杂网络

低负荷、枯水期交流系统调压困难是目前电网运行面临的严峻问题

低负荷无功优化功能作为直流控制系统中的一种调压方式

有利于提高特殊时段换流站及周边厂站的交流母线电压的调控能力。文中对兴安直流低负荷无功优化功能投运两年来的运行情况和经济性进行全面的总结和分析

并针对存在的问题提出了改进和控制措施。

Abstract

The ‘power transmission from west to east’ backbone network of China Southern Power Grid（CSG）forms a complex network of eight HVDC systems and eight AC systems. Low load and weak AC voltage adjustability in low water period are of the difficulty faced by the power grid. Low load reactive power optimization（LLPRO） function

as a voltage adjustment mode of the DC control system

can enhance the voltage control ability of the AC buses in converter station and its peripheral substations in some special periods of time. In this paper

the Xing-An HVDC LLRPO function

which has been put into operation for two year

is comprehensively analyzed and summarized

and some countermeasures against the existing problems are offered.
