Methods to Measure Polymerization Degree of Transformer Insulating Paper Based on Diffuse Reflection Spectroscopy
It is an effective way to judge the aging degree of power transformer insulation paper by detecting the polymerization degree(DP). 53 samples are made and their DPs are determined by standard method(viscometric method). A quantitative model is established by using diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and partial least squares(PLS)
with the correlation coefficient of 0.951 9 and RMSEP of 67.5. Precision and accuracy of spectroscopy method can basically meet the requirement of engineering application. This paper provides a rapid and nondestructive way for judging the aging degree of power transformer.
