摘要

适应智能变电站一次设备智能化的迅速发展和满足未来变电站设备"集成化智能设备+一体化业务系统"的技术特征

研制了一体化高压开关综合智能单元。根据功能集成及融合划分

把开关控制器IED、选相合闸IED及状态监测IED整合为集成开关控制及状态监测功能的一体化智能组件

结合一体化高压开关综合智能单元的就地运行情况

从装置机箱设计、软硬件设计和关键技术实现等方面进行了研究

采用多CPU交互技术

实现开关智能控制、选相合闸、状态监测等功能。经过测试和试验

开关综合智能单元功能、性能、指标都完全满足预期要求。

Abstract

An integrated intelligent unit of high voltage switchgear was developed to adapt to the rapid development of equipment intelligentization for intelligent substation and meet the technical characteristics of the‘integrated intelligent equipment + integrated service system’ for future substation equipment. Switch controller IED

phase-selected closing IED and state monitoring IED were integrated into an integrated intelligent component with the functions of switch control and state monitoring according to the classification of function integration and fusion. The designs of device case

software and hardware

as well as the implementation of key technology

were analyzed considering the on-site operation of the integrated intelligent unit of high voltage switch

and the multiple CPU interaction technology was adopted to realize the functions of intelligent switch control

phase-selected closing and state monitoring. Test and measurement demonstrated that this integrated intelligent unit meets the expected requirements in terms of function

performance and technical indexes.
