Simulation and Experiment Study on the Validity of the Method for Online Detecting Slight Deformation of Transformer Winding Based on the Nanosecond Pulse Response Method
In order to realize online detection of power transformer winding deformation
overcome shortcomings of offline detection
to discover transformer latent fault
this paper proposes a nanosecond pulse response analysis method for charged detecting slight deformation of transformer winding. Using nanosecond pulse source
detection frequency is increased to 20 MHz
winding equivalent model is set up to simulate the winding deformation
charged test of transformer winding is performed in the laboratory
and the interference factors of the test are studied. Experimental results show that the method could effectively identify the winding of slight deformation
with the potential of online application and signal source amplitude
the sampling rate
the measurement leads and the location of high-frequency CT would affect detection results in varying degrees.
