Optimization for Self-elastic Contact Coordination Structure with Different Sections Based on Ansys Workbench
The Cu-Cr alloy is used. Building the 3D model for the section of rectangular and W type of the selfelastic contacts
which is used a software called Solidworks. The parameters target drive of Ansys Workbench is used to optimize the structural parameters. Comparing the maximum equivalent stress and the maximum total deformation of2 kinds of structures with different cross sections
the conclusion is that positive correlations exist between design variables and response variables
and contact diameter with contact displacement exhibit more significant influence on response variables than contact depth. After multi-objective optimization
the total deformation maximum for rectangular assembly structure of the self-elastic contacts is 6.6 mm
however the W type is 2.6 mm. The result is that the mechanical properties of W type is better than the section of rectangular.
