Effect of Contact Degree of Angle Type Disconnector Contact on Its Conduction Characteristic
In order to study the angle disconnector conduction characteristics under the different insertionconditions
and to guide the adjustment of the operating mechanism accurately
the linear regression and the streamer theory are applied to establish the gap breakdown model of isolating fracture.Furthermore
the electric field intensity distribution of distinct insert depths is calculated by Ansys
and meanwhile the conduction characteristics are analyzed. Ultimately
the adjustment suggestion of the disconnector operating mechanism is put forward. The calculated results demonstrate that if the insert depth of moving-contact b0≥23 mm
the contacts will be normally conduction under the condition of design insert depth 32 mm. When b0 is between 8 mm and 22 mm
the contacts conduct by arc which is harmful to the contacts. The loop is open in the case of b0<8 mm. Therefore
the adjustment error of disconnector operating mechanism is within 4.5 mm.
