摘要

智能断路器是电力系统中最重要的设备之一

其稳定可靠性对于电网运行有重大意义。在分析智能断路器振动信号检测原理的基础上

提出了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的在线监测与故障诊断系统。该系统利用Labview编程实现人机界面

完成对测量数据的存储、显示和分析处理

由数据信号处理模块和传感器模块构成现场监测单元

完成对断路器机械参数、分合闸电流信号和振动信号的采集、传输。实验结果表明

该系统能实时反映智能断路器机械运行状态

具有人机交互友好、功能齐全和可靠性高等特点

实现了断路器在线监测系统预期的功能。

Abstract

Intelligent circuit breaker is one of the most significant devices in the electric system

its stability and reliability are quite significant for the operation of power grid.According to the analysis of online monitoring of vibration signal in intelligent circuit breaker

an online monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on the vibration signal of virtual instrument technology is proposed.The system employs the Labview software

for programming HMI and accomplishing the storage

display

analysis and treatment

etc.of the measured data.The online monitoring unit is composed of digital signal processing module and sensor module to complete the acquisition and transmission of the mechanical parameters

switching current signals and vibration signals of the circuit breaker.The experimental results show that the system can reflect the mechanical operating state of intelligent circuit breaker in real time

with friendly man-machine interaction

complete functions and high reliability

etc.Moreover

it implements the expected system of the online monitoring system.
