摘要

弹簧操动机构具有结构简单、免维护、高可靠性等优点

在高压断路器中得到广泛应用

然而由于技术水平有限

现有的弹簧操动机构不能满足550 kV及以上高压断路器的要求。笔者提出了基于功能设计与虚拟样机仿真的现代设计方法

完成了一款储能时间小于15 s、合闸（含分闸）操作功为6 600 J、分闸操作功为5 200 J的弹簧操动机构的设计开发

并成功应用在550 kV SF

断路器上。试验结果表明

开发的弹簧操动机构完全可满足550 kV SF

断路器开断与关合的设计要求。

Abstract

The existing spring operating mechanism cannot meet the requirements of 550 kV or higher voltage circuit breaker due to the limitation of technical level.In this study

a modern design method based on the functional design and virtual prototype simulation was presented to develop a spring operating mechanism

whose storage energy time is less than 15 s

closing energy（including opening energy）is 6 600 J

and opening energy is 5 200 J.This spring operating mechanism has been applied in the 550 kV SF

circuit breaker.Test results showed that the spring operating mechanism could fully satisfy the design requirements of opening and closing operation for the 550 kV SF

circuit breaker.
