Experimental Study on Vibration Characteristics of Two-stage Magnetic-valve Controllable Reactor
Magnetostrictive effect is the most important reason for vibration of transformer and reactor
the vibrationcharacteristics of the normal operation of the core and containing DC components is analyzed based on internal theconservation of mechanical energy theory in this paper. The vibration mechanism of the two-stage magnetic-valvecontrollable reactor core in normal operation and with DC component is analyzed
and measured vibrationacceleration at different points of the core of the reactor under the normal load case by building vibration test andmeasurement platform. At the same time
the analysis of the vibration characteristics and measurements of themagnetic valve’s vibration characteristics in case of DC bias have been made
the results show that magnetic valvevibration increases with the DC component increases
the degree of waveform distortion also increases
theharmonics are showing an increasing trend and their growth is different. This study results verify that the vibrationcharacteristics of two-stage magnetic-valve controllable reactor core under DC bias
while provide a strongexperimental basis for the subsequent vibration and noise reduction.
