摘要

局部放电测试是对于气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备（GIS）十分有效的一种状态监测方法

标准要求在GIS大修后耐压过程中必须开展局部放电检测。文中详细介绍了某500 kV GIS断路器在交流耐压试验过程中发现的局部放电数据异常事件

最终检查发现为断路器灭弧室绝缘支撑筒底部紧固螺栓松动产生金属粉末引起

进行了有针对性的检查处理

并就设备检修项目的完善提出建议

对同类设备的检修和试验工作具有较强的参考意义。

Abstract

Partial discharge test is a very effective method of state monitoring method for gas insulated metal en-closed switchgear（GIS）

in the standard

the partial discharge detection must be carried out during the process ofGIS overhaul. This paper introduces the partial discharge data of a 500 kV GIS circuit breaker abnormal events foundin AC voltage test process

the final examination showed interrupter insulating support tube bottom fastening boltloosening caused by metal powder

carries on the inspection

and puts forward some suggestions to perfect the equip-ment maintenance project. This provides a good reference for the maintenance and test of the same kind of equipment.
