Multi Level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of GIS Running State Based on Variable Weight Coefficient
The evaluation of the running state of GIS is usually based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).However
the method does not consider the impact of some factors changing obviously or not.In this paper
a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with variable weight coefficient is proposed. It integrates the GIS working environment
appearance
maintenance status
manufacturers and accessories to establish a hierarchical evaluation index system to improve the accuracy of the GIS operation state evaluation. The model first uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of the evaluation indexes in the evaluation model
and introduces the variable weight model of the equilibrium function to the constant weight correction. The membership function of each index is determined by fuzzy statistics and fuzzy distribution. The fuzzy weight matrix is used to fuse the membership functions of each evaluation factor
and the evaluation factors are evaluated respectively
and the running state of GIS is comprehensively obtained. The example analysis shows that the evaluation model can realize the accurate and effective evaluation of GIS running state
and the evaluation results can provide scientific basis for equipment operation and maintenance management.
