摘要

文中介绍了动态电阻测量法在空气负荷开关机械性能评测中的应用研究。首先介绍了动态电阻测量法的发展历程及其在SF6断路器机械性能及电性能评估中的应用

然后介绍了动态电阻测量法的测量回路设计及开断试验流程

最后介绍了动态电阻3个阶段开断试验前后的试验数据及其分析

并成功诊断出了两类典型的负荷开关机械性能劣化情况。分析结果表明:当主触头表面磨损加剧时

其静接触电阻会上升;当弧触头存在虚接触时

其弧接触时间会明显区别于正常情况。

Abstract

The application of dynamic resistance measurement（DRM） in air load switch is studied in this paper.Firstly

the development and application of DRM in mechanical properties and electrical properties assessment of SF

circuit breaker are presented.After that

a circuit of DRM is designed and the process of breaking test which is applied to simulate the equipment wear is presented.Finally

the results of DRM experiment of air load switch are analyzed and two common conditions related with bad mechanical behavior are successfully detected.The results show that the static resistance increases when the wear of the main contact surface increases;the arc contact time is obviously different from normal condition when virtual contact occurs in the arc contact

duration.
