分解产物检测结果的差异

研究表明

不同背景气体对SF

分解产物的检测结果影响不同

文中通过分析拟合得出了CF

/SF

、N

/SF

混合气体对SF

分解产物的检测结果的影响系数

并建立了几种CF

/SF

、N

/SF

混合气体为背景气体与纯SF

为背景气体条件下SF

分解产物转换的数学模型。

Abstract

In order to explore the testing technology of SF

decomposition product

and the influence of different

background gas on the test results of SF

decomposition product. The difference of SF

decomposition product test between different background gas

such as CF

/SF

and N

/SF

are experimental study. And the SF

decomposition product includes SO

S and CO. The research shows t

hat there are difference influence on SF

decomposition product test resulte by different background. In this paper

the influencing coefficient between mixture background gas（CF

/SF

and N

/SF

） and pure SF

background gas are get by analyzing and fitting. And the mathematical transformation model between mixture background gas（CF

/SF

and N

/SF

） and pure SF

background gas are set up and verified.
